In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kd88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the kd88 platform, its operator, and its affiliated entities responsible for providing online gaming services to players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" — refers to the kd88 website (kd88.im), any associated mobile-optimised versions, and all games, features, services, and content accessible through these interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a kd88 account and/or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held with kd88, including the associated BDT wallet, transaction history, bonus balance, and account settings.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, deposit match bonuses, or other promotional values credited to a player's account by kd88.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to BDT amounts deposited by the player into their kd88 wallet via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other accepted payment method.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and age verification process required by kd88 before withdrawals are processed, using a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or other accepted identification document.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a condition attached to Bonus Funds specifying the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus can be approved.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to, registration on, or use of the kd88 Platform is not permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

Access to and use of the kd88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a kd88 account or use the Platform in any capacity. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. kd88 enforces this restriction through KYC identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered kd88 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same Bangladesh mobile number, or any other shared identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering your kd88 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID Card), your date of birth, your valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. kd88 is not liable for any losses or restrictions arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kd88 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. kd88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kd88 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kd88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kd88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the kd88 platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. kd88 may impose additional transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your kd88 account must have completed KYC verification (Section 5) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and transaction volume.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your kd88 account. kd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the portion of your balance attributable to those bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• kd88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal timeline may be extended.

3.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. kd88 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider.

kd88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with their kd88 account. kd88 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

kd88 strictly prohibits the use of bonuses for arbitrage, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or any other form of bonus abuse. If kd88 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, kd88 reserves the right to void any bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the player's account without prior notice.

4.4 Promotion Changes

kd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email address registered on their kd88 account.

kd88 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing any withdrawal. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard practice across reputable online gaming platforms and is designed to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and financial crime.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the past 90 days showing your current residential address in Bangladesh.

5.2 Verification Timeline

5.3 Ongoing Verification

kd88 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation from any player at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

kd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of bots or automated software, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Multi-accounting or attempting to circumvent the one-account-per-player policy.
• Bonus abuse as described in Section 4.3.
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated with a payment provider without first raising the matter with kd88 support.
• Any activity that kd88 reasonably believes may be harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or kd88's business interests.

7.1 Balance on Termination

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, kd88 reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, if the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of the age restriction. In cases where termination is not due to a breach by the player (e.g., voluntary closure), Real Money Funds will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable time.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kd88 account at any time by contacting kd88 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirement obligations.

All content on the kd88 platform — including but not limited to the kd88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of kd88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd88 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the kd88 platform without the express prior written consent of kd88 or the relevant rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd88 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the kd88 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond kd88's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game software providers, subject to the provider's own terms and audit certifications.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to a player account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from a player's reliance on information published on the kd88 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

kd88's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in that player's kd88 account at the time the claim arises.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kd88 is incorporated and licensed as an internationally operated gaming entity. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal rights you may hold under the laws of Bangladesh.

10.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your kd88 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the kd88 service, you should contact kd88 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. kd88 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, and kd88 will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

10.2 Finality of Game Outcomes

All game outcomes generated by kd88's certified RNG systems or live dealer tables are final once confirmed by the system. kd88 will investigate complaints regarding technically malfunctioned game rounds, but reserves the right to void and refund bets placed during confirmed system errors rather than honouring potentially inflated winnings arising from those errors.

kd88 collects, processes, and stores personal data from players in Bangladesh in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a kd88 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. kd88 applies industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all personal and financial data transmitted through the platform.

kd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kd88 will notify registered players by email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the kd88 platform. The effective date of any updated Terms will be shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the kd88 platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 7.2.
